We make jobs, we don't take jobs
I watched the "Social Network" recently. One line in it that really stuck was talking about how Harvard grads make jobs instead of taking jobs. While that is a bit extreme, it's an interesting thought. What if instead of taking a job, we made our own? What if instead of hiring people for positions, we hired people for their abilities - for what they can possibly do... For their attitudes, their contributions. Something to think about.
